Delimark products are made to high standards of hygiene, recipe design and ingredient selection.

Both high quality imported and selected local beef are available in a wide range of cuts for different purposes. Our minced beef is made from high quality lean beef with no added fillers.

Lamb
Leg of lamb for roasting, lamb chops for grilling, and lamb shanks for braising or roasting.
Our pork is locally produced, slaughtered and processed to our high demands and cuts available are leg for roasts, spare-ribs, chops, loin, and fillet.
Turkey
Our imported American turkey is in high demand at Christmas time, please try and order your turkey well in advance to ensure availability.
Chicken
Locally reared broiller chickens are of excellent quality.

Seafood
Our range of fish includes white snapper, garoupa, mackerel, travelly, tuna, and salmon, and prawns.
Pies
We offer a range of pies made to British recipes ad using short crust pastry. Beef Guinness pies have chunks of steak in a guinness sauce, chicken pies have pieces of chicken breast in a white sauce, and cheese and onion pies are made using fresh cheddar cheese and spanish onions.

Sausages
English and Irish sausage are our speciality. Top quality frankfurter, nuernburg and hot dog sausage and chicken sausages are also as good as can be found anywhere.
Burger Patties
Made from our own specialist recipe our patties have been developed to match the exacting standards expected by Americans and Australians. Our patties retain their moisture without losing weight giving a most succulent burger.
