About Delimark

Delimark is a Bali based family company that specialises in supplying high quality meat and meat based products to customers throughout Indonesia. We have built a reputation for the high quality of our products.

Delimark also offers a number of products that are not available elsewhere including english style pies (beef Guinness, chicken, cheese and onion and apple), English and Irish sausages, English style bacon and high quality beef burger patties. The secret to the quality of Delimark products is the use of high quality meat and the minimal use of "fillers" that many competing products contain.

Delimark is owned and operated by Karen Anjasmara Wilson, daughter of Mark Wilson, British Honorary Consul on Bali. Delimark was established in 2000 to provide a direct commercial outlet for the range of popular products served in the family’s restaurant the Cat and Fiddle in the heart of Sanur. These products can also now be found at the Wicked Parrot Restaurant, the new sister restaurant of The Cat & Fiddle.

The Cat & Fiddle, and its predecessor, Ari’s Cafe in Jalan Pantai Sindhu, Sanur, introduced a number of menu items to Bali which have become standards at many restaurants, most notably, cottage pie, fisherman’s pie, beef and guinness pie, ploughman’s lunch, english pork pies, and home-made pickled onions.

The development of specialist products started with beef burger patties. There was a need to develop a recipe that matched the high quality of burger found in America and Australia. Locally made burger patties were not able to satisfy the discerning taste of the modern day visitor.

The burger patties made from 100% lean beef with best quality suet, were a great success and high demand and success lead to the establishment of the Delimark Shop in Sanur and an ever increasing range of products.

The shop provides a large range of high quality imported and local meat and fish products including Tasmanian salmon, Wagyo beef, cuts of beef, lamb and pork for roasting, selected pre-portion steaks for grilling, and our famous pies.

In 2007 Delimark established a second outlet in Kerobokan.
